I’m Tina Gray, a leading and practicing rapid transformational therapist and head mentor to other life coaches looking to advance in the field of RTT. I have trained thousands of therapists globally as a head trainer under Marisa Peer, a world-renowned RTT innovator, motivational speaker and best-selling author.
I’m a firm believer in practicing what I preach, RTT transformed my life in a myriad of different ways. Before I discovered the Marisa Peer method, I had a 20-year career in investment banking, but RTT showed me the direction I really wanted to take with my life. Despite having a successful career, it felt as though my life was missing direction, that direction was found when I discovered my true passion, helping other people transform their lives in the way Marisa Peer’s teachings transformed mine.
Rapid Transformational Therapy didn’t just improve my professional life, it led me into an amazing new relationship and allowed me to live healthier, happier and see the worth in investing in my holistic wellbeing. After one RTT session, I was able to safely lose three stone, but the biggest difference I noticed wasn’t at my feet when I looked at the scales, it was in my confidence, relationships and self-worth.
Alongside my mentorship and training, I have established HypnoHIITS, which focuses on my speciality, helping people to delve into their subconscious minds and find the causes of poor self-esteem, unhealthy habits and emotional eating patterns.
Weight control may be one of my specialities, but I have helped clients get to the core of many different issues including phobias, addiction, physical issues such as insomnia and pain, relationship issues, professional performance issues and body dysmorphia.
Since completing my extensive training, I have been able to maintain an incredible success rate with all my clients by using the powerful and unique RTT method which doesn’t just challenge the thoughts my clients are aware of on a day to day basis, but subconscious habits, beliefs and behaviours too.
Change is always a choice, but until the root cause of the blocks which prevent you from achieving your goals are addressed, many people feel as though they don’t have the final say. I’m here to help my clients find their voice and take back control

Many of my clients come to me after attempting quick fixes or making drastic changes within their life and not seeing any increase in life satisfaction. But until limiting beliefs are brought to the surface and issues around lack of self-confidence are addressed, seeing any radical life changes can be difficult and it is all too easy to fall back into bad habits. With the right understanding and support, I believe that everyone can find the meaning, happiness and confidence which has evaded them due to their negative perceptions.
I provide a safe, comfortable, professional and confidential environment where my clients are able to work through a wide range of issues. Empathy and compassion and ability to put my clients at ease is part of the success of my practice and mentorship.
I believe that wherever you want to see changes in your life, first, you will have to change your beliefs – you’ll find that the rest comes naturally. I have helped thousands of people to achieve their goals in a vast number of areas, including (but not limited to) increasing self-confidence, improving relationships and enabling self-love and acceptance. My speciality is helping people to address their issues surrounding body confidence and weight. I teach my clients that it isn’t just about calorific intake and what we eat, instead, it’s about what we believe about ourselves and how we feel.
If you’ve found that diets don’t work for you, you’re not alone – they don’t work for anyone! Healthy weight-loss is only achieved through changing thought processes which drive eating habits – that is the only way to achieve long-term success.
I don’t just help people to lose weight, I help people to free themselves from emotional baggage. I allow them to realise that our body is listening to everything we tell it. Every negative thought resonates through our mind, body and soul and ultimately, those feelings reflect in our behaviours and habits.
Abstaining from unhealthy habits can increase your wellbeing, but until you address your mindset and are able to effectively converse with your subconscious mind, you will always find reason to fall back into damaging routines such as emotional eating. However, I have the tools, experience and understanding to help you achieve holistic happiness quickly and permanently.
